SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders will be shipped out from our warehouse 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Thereafter, delivery time is dependent on selected shipping method and not within our control. We currently offer USPS and other local shipping couriers on all orders.

Where can my order be shipped and delivered to?

We ship and deliver orders within U.S.A and internationally (except for no-go zones and certain countries*). We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

For All The Countries Except U.S.A & Singapore

Additional Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees may apply. These fees are separate from the Order Total and will be billed directly to you from Carrier or local Post/Customs Office.

How long does it take for my orders to arrive?

All orders will be processed only on a working day. Please refer to the various shipping methods available further down this list for more information.

What are the shipping & delivery charges?

Below are the various shipping charges for orders within the U.S. and outside the country.

Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii

Free USPS Priority Mail ground shipping on all orders (1–3 business days).

All orders will be processed only on a working day.

Guam, Territories of the United States and APO/AFO address

USPS Intl Priority Mail: US$15 (5-14 working days).

All orders will be processed only on a working day.

Singapore

Free ground shipping

All other countries

USPS Intl Priority Mail US$15 (up to 20 working days).

Where do you not ship to?

We do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Antarctica, British Indian Ocean Territory, Bouvet Island, Christmas Islands, Cocos Island, Comoros, Crimea Region of Ukraine, Cuba, Falkland Islands, French Southern Territories, Heard & McDonald Islands, Hong Kong, Iran, Libya, Mayotte, Myanmar (Burma), Nauru, Niue, North Korea, Palestinian Territory Occupied, Pitcairn Island, Rwanda, Saint Helena, Sao Tome and Principe, Somalia, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Sudan, Svalbard Jan Mayen Island, Syrian Arabic Republic, Tokelau and Western Sahara.

RETURNS - For US residents only

If you wish to make a return, please send us an email to returns@ceramiracle.com within 30 days of your purchase. However, we cannot accept products that have been heavily used, emptied, nearly emptied or tampered with for refunds or exchanges. We will provide a return authorization and mailing details. Only items purchased on www.ceramiracle.com may be accepted for return or exchange. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning the item.

RETURNS - For non-US residents

We do not accept returns for international orders.

EXCHANGES/ DAMAGED ITEMS

Send us an email at returns@ceramiracle.com if your items are damaged or defective. We will provide an exchange authorization and mailing details upon confirmation

ITEMS NOT APPLICABLE FOR REFUNDS

Only full priced, regular items may be refunded. We do not issue refunds on sale items. We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return. If a package is marked as delivered, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
